I am an out-of-network provider, which means I don't bill insurance directly. If you have an insurance plan with out-of-network benefits, your plan may reimburse a portion of the session fee. I can provide a superbill—a detailed receipt you submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

A few things worth knowing:

• Reimbursement rates and eligibility vary by plan. I recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before we start.

• Depending on your insurance plan, reimbursement may first require meeting a separate out-of-network deductible.

• If you plan to use insurance reimbursement, a diagnosis is required for the superbill. We can talk more about that during our intro call.
